You can independently choose when and at what pace it is more convenient to practice. Online courses are budgetary, suggesting a flexible schedule, a quality way of continuing education. But how to use this flexibility for the good, and not to the detriment of your time and energy, and successfully reach the end? Before you start building your training schedule, remember that professional growth is a life-long process. A key element in the study of any subject is systematic. It is much more useful to study for half an hour every day than to sit 8 hours a day until a headache.

The second point that needs to be taken into account, and which our methodologists very often point out when communicating with a client: you came not to show knowledge, but to learn something new. Therefore, do not be discouraged at the first stages if there are incomprehensible places in the notes, if the first attempts to pass the test showed a low result. The usefulness of your studies depends not only on their quantity, but also on their quality.

If you are engaged in the realization of what you want to get - knowledge, practical skills, a good exam result, a welcome diploma, i.e. the process is going on purposefully, then in this case the progress will be much faster than you just “noted” on the portal, formally read the notes and take the tests. But if you practice regularly, and try to use the time effectively, you will see decent results. Without exaggeration, I can say that planning your time is one of the key points in scheduling classes. This is actually very simple - if you started planning classes for the future, then you are on the right track. If you do not do this, you will most likely go through a couple of modules that you already know, the new will seem too difficult for you, and you simply will not achieve any progress. First you need to determine how much time you have for classes. Then divide this period of time into parts, each of which is devoted to a separate study.

For example: If I have only two hours for classes, I divide this time into 2 parts: 1 hour for reading the abstract and 1 hour for solving problems and watching webinars; or half an hour for a compendium and a task book and a second hour for viewing a webinar on a topic.

After the first module, to which our academy has free access, that is, before the start of training, you can decide what is more convenient for you personally: first read the compendium, and then watch a webinar on this topic or vice versa, first listen to the teacher, and then consolidate by reading abstract. There is no consensus even among teachers. This you decide based on personal preferences. By practicing the separation method, you give yourself the opportunity to cover a wider range of topics that you want to know.

For example: Studying the topic “Financial Instruments” is always difficult. Many leave it "for later" or simply decide that it is unbearable. But if you say to yourself: “Next weekend I will devote to financial instruments and nothing more”, then the task becomes more clear and manageable. Assimilation of a small amount of information gives you the opportunity to take the next step, move on to the next topic.

So how do you make your class schedule?

Everything is very simple: write down your goals on a piece of paper and be specific. Instead of saying: “I need to learn the topic“ Financial Instruments ”, you need to understand that it’s not clear to you where the synopsis occurs (it cannot be, absolutely nothing is clear in the synopsis), it’s worth asking the teacher questions or better watch a webinar. With the help of tests for each module of the course, you can check how well the passed material is learned and what causes difficulties. 

Concentrate on this moment, work through them. The best advice I can give you is that you need to pay attention to what you do not know, and not what you know.
